Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 21 days from the date you receive your order.

This warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear

Issues resulting from failure to follow the product care and usage guidelines provided

Loss, theft, or misuse of the product

How to Report a Defect

1) Inspect and Document: If you discover a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, take clear photographs of:

The damaged product
The packaging and shipping label

2) Initiate a Claim:

Email us at hello@maevecare.com with the photographs, a detailed description of the defect, your order number, and contact information.

3) Return the Product:

If requested, you will need to send the product to the address we provide for further inspection.
The inspection process may take up to 14 business days

Warranty Resolution

Once the inspection is complete:

If the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, we will replace the product with a new one free of charge.
If we determine that the issue is due to improper use or handling, the warranty will not apply, and the product will be returned to you at your expense.

Exclusions and Care Instructions

To maintain the warranty, customers must follow the product care and usage guidelines provided with their purchase. Misuse or failure to adhere to these guidelines will void the warranty.

The warranty is void for items that cannot be resold due to improper use or for personalized or custom-made health products.

Important Notes

Each order is eligible for 1 free replacement.
Free replacements are not covered under the standard one-year warranty.
Digital products, which are excluded from warranty coverage.
